Processing Times

• All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Once your order is handed over to Australia Post, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Incorrect Address & Redelivery

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a redelivery fee of $9.95 will apply.
